Blowing out a sigh, he lulled his head back and to the side, eyeing her with intent green eyes. A pause, watchful, before he made his best attempt at being encouraging. Or, at least, an attempt. “Buck up. It’ll blow over, like everything else. News travels fast like bad gas, but there’s always something new for the masses to obsess about.”
