top 3 disliked characters off the top of my head are
cl*rke gr*ffin - does a lot of shitty things and never faces real consequences for them, uses shitty excuses for her actions and people just Accept Them, her entire treatment of murphy (yes, including s1!), etc etc, the writers basically made her into a "can do no wrong" character despite her constantly doing wrong and bc of them writing her like this, a lot of fans also see no problem with her, making going thru the tags in this fandom horrendous
betty cooper - boring despite having the most batshit insane arcs. annoying as hell. has the same "writers made her a character who could do no wrong despite her constantly doing wrong" problem that cl*rke has
endeavor (abuse tw) - bro u abused ur whole family and then randomly decided to become a better person YEARS AFTER u put ur wife in a hospital and assumed u got ur child killed??? literally the worst hero and i hope none of his children ever forgive him. i hope dabi kills him, actually. like. on national television. give his mother some peace of mind maybe. also a large part of my hate for him comes from the fact that he has a lot of fans. like if he was closer to overhaul levels of "villain with simps" where he has a few simps but people generally acknowledge that he was an abusive transphobe who needed to die i probably would not get as pissy about him as i do. but endeavor has like Actual Fans and that is bonkers to me, redemption arc or not.

idk who around here has watched every switched at birth season like i have bc i love shitty television but the arc where daphne is racist was SO WILD. like.....why did we need that. why was she arguing with her black friend that she WASNT racist..........why did that arc span multiple episodes.....................release me
