Mangkr The Mangkr are the half draconic offspring with mundanes. While they can take on the form of a mundane, they still bear the form of their draconic parent, complete with a set of wings, a dragon's head, a sweeping tail and twenty clawed fingers and toes. Most Mangkr are able to speak the common tongue of the mundanes but while they are in their draconic form, they are unable to speak the mundane language due to their formidable head and forked tongue, resorting to their mother’s tongue, the Draconic language. The Mangkr tend to live their early lives with their human fathers with the guidance of their dragon mothers later on in life. Should the dragon mother be a vicious and vile beast, the children she has tend to revolt against their mother in order to protect the mundane family they have made for themselves with their father and any other siblings and friends they have acquired. However, many people believe that such a merge between two different species should never have occurred, and thus, they stay far away from the Mangkr.
