Heya Folks! Do you like to slurp on a big, thick and juicy noodle? And then enjoy a tasty soup? Then Udon is perfect for you! (What did you thought? C'mon, get your head out of the gutter.😂) Udon is a very traditional noodle which is only made of saltwater and flour. It is the thickest type of noodle in the Japanese cuisine and is a staple fast and comfort food. You eat Udon to fill up and then go back to work. Or you can enjoy it in a Izakaya, at home or when going out. Udon is never out of place! In my case I made some myself and a tasty broth to compliment it. The broth is based on Chickensoup, Dashi and Soy sauce. So fairly simple. But since I was quite hungry, I needed more. So why not Karaage? So I made some!
