Some old work doodles that I never got around to posting. First some random Island of Onigashima stuff
Then a revist to a really old character I haven’t really done anything with in a looooong time. Considered trying to do something, a comic or a quest or something with her again. But then I got reminded of how garbage the whole idea was so, thankfully, that was nipped in the bud before anymore time was wasted.
So into the bin with all my other garbage ideas.

> Do you happen to have any advanced sensors we can use to scan the area?
I do a full scan when ever I inspect a location or object. Â I have been monitoring my sensors since I arrived, and have not detected any demonic presence in the immediate vicinity. Â There does appear to be a heat source emitting from the pit up ahead.Â
> This is clearly the REAL trap. The directions will lead to the Onigashima Science Emergency Intruder Incinerator.
The heat source does not appear to be large enough, or hot enough to be an incinerator.
> Oh for fucks sake GET OUT OF THERE! He's going to activate the crusher on you. Â Or maybe the crusher just activates at 1:00.
There is no crusher above me, and the walls are welded to the wall the door is in. Â I do not believe this is a crusher section.
> Have an energy saving mode to use while waiting? wait till like 1:05-1:10, if failure to show up, leave.
It seems like very poor conduct to be late to one's own duel. Â I mean, he was the who challenged me in the first- *WONG*

I arrive at the location the directions lead to. Â There is a hatch above that appears to be where trash is collected and dumped in from above. Â The walls and floor look worn and greatly used. Â Evidently, mounting a constant demonic invasion is a very wasteful endeavor.

I obtained the "bait" without setting off the trap, I have no idea what kind of trap it was, or if doing so deactivated it. Â I can attempt to disarm and acquire this trap as well, but it could be risky.Â

I open the envelope. Â Inside is a note, it reads: "Dear Intruder, Â Â If you are reading this, then I need to try harder. Â Thus, I hearby challenge you to a duel. Meet me at the WASTE DISPOSAL wing at 0100 hours. Â Do Not Be Late. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â M.-" It then proceeds to give directions to the WASTE DISPOSAL wing from this location. 0100 is approaching according to my internal clock, though it may have been effected by Onigashima's phasing during the 100 years I've been trapped here. Â Should I accept or decline such a challenge? >Accepting will allow a quick travel to the meeting point. Â Declining will allow further exploration of this area.<
> Can you dismantle it? if not, leave it there.
Given the simple set up of the trap, it shouldn't be to difficult. ENVELOPE obtained

Initial analysis confirms that the string is attached to some manner of triggering device embedded in the ceiling. Â The "bait" appears to be some manner of envelope attached with a simple hook.
> Need to find a grappling hook of some sort. Got it. For now, advance ahead and look around.Â
I advance further into PROCESSING. Â Passing through a few uneventful corridors, the path begins to lead me down. Â There appears to be an object hanging from the ceiling.
> Can you ride those platforms to the top floor or is that conveyor belt in the way? Also can you jump/wall-jump like ... without teleporting? Â Probably best to save your battery for when you really need it.
The platforms appear to be attached to a vertical belt. Â They are currently retracted into a housing in the back wall to accommodate the conveyor belt above me and not active. Â The conveyor above looks like it can retract into the platform up there, there must be a control for that somewhere nearby. Â I am capable of jumping roughly my own height without teleporting, however, I am incapable of the WALL JUMP technique. Â Conserving my POWERCELL does, indeed, seem like a logical idea. Â Perhaps somewhere I could find some manner of equipment to aid in vertical ascent without the use of my TELEPORTER PACK. Â My body is designed to utilize the Demon weapons and technology in the event our mission should run into... complications.
