I just really bad for the person who lost the dragon that was rightfully their's. Especially since they've come to accept that they'll NEVER get that dragon back... it breaks my heart. This should never have happened.
Me too! it's really awful :'< specially how upset/scared they seemed of the situation - as someone with anxiety I totally get how they might've felt during being essentially told off for something they didn't know about.
It's still gross to think that some people on FR still think they have control over other peoples dragons and stuff after gifting things ;s I think the staff should probably make up a definite rule about it or something, that they can enforce and look into where necessary. ( so if a raffle DOES state something like they claim, the mods can enforce that. and on the other hand if the raffle never claimed it until last minute/participants were not clearly told etc, mods can enforce that too.). pretty sure in court of law "it was a gift" means any rights you might've had over the "gift" are null once it changes hands.
