(relating to your greenposting) I wonder if some people (openly or privately) think of the four sword splitting link was a good thing because it broke off the "bad" parts (bratty, emotional, cold, etc.) of link and left behind a "perfect hero" in the form of Green.
I think that would not be good for him emotionally but in a juicy and interesting way. Also what if he failed so spectacularly that nobody could see him as a "perfect hero" anymore. what would he do then?

ok the people treating the Links like "celebrities" is my weakness i love love love it in case it wasn't obvious LOL. it's like in the midst of all the praise and attention, there's a bog of gossip and criticism
I do like to think the praise happens openly but there will always be whispering. if they do speak about it openly, it's phrased in almost a backhanded compliment sort of way
