((What are some of Gold's favorite ways to train? How does she tackle challenges (both internal and external), and hurdles?))
Her most desired way to train is absolutely reliant on her mood. If she isn't in the mood for something with focus, she'll load up on carbs and burn it off with a long run from one city to another, far-away place. This is often at the detriment of her trainer and everyone else around her.
To better explain, she is more than happy to run from, let's say, Chiyoda, Tokyo to a more rural prefecture like Yamanashi ( and for the sake of ease Yamanashi the City ). That on it's own is 153 kilometers / 95 miles worth of running, not including environmental variables like slopes, weather, and whatnot. It can be a great way to work out, but it isn't necessarily ideal since its not well rounded. You can't build things like strength and stamina from just running, you need to do exercises focused on certain muscle groups + have a specific routine made with your goals in mind.
She is only capable of doing this without stopping because of her genetics. That inherited gene-pool has given her a lot more stamina to pull from, like she's predisposed to have a lot of stamina. It's also important to consider that she never Truly puts her everything into something. That happens to also play a huge part in her ability to maintain an even pace in almost everything of what she does. This is also a free-pass to throw in the very real, reality that she uses a Segway to get around school.
Overall, if she had it her way, her approach to training would be very lackadaisical. She needs a trainer who can put up with her but can also steer her in the right direction to reach certain personal goals. By that, I mean reach them consistently.
On the flip side, when it comes to personal problems Gold Ship doesn't really like the idea of being a burden. It usually ends in her bottling everything up until it ends up exploding in her own face- she generally tries to separate herself from people when she feels like this is going to happen, too.
This concept has ties back to her childhood where she dealt with problems that went hand in hand with socializing, speaking, and being a cause for why her parents in particular had to deal with specific struggles at least somewhat. That idea goes with my, I'm fond of the Gold Clan being y'know. Like a clan. There's 'smaller' families that are separated from the 'main' house / family name- so they would share relations with them, but with different surnames.
I acknowledge that this is where I deviate from what people might perceive as canon, and I'm fine with it being not adjacent to what other people think or believe. It's nicer to explore different familial relationships in that sense. It's also important to note that if people want their Gold Clan members to view Golshi as a sister, they're welcome to! She'll just have a different experience growing up if the others are immediate family (actually sisters or w/e).
Tl;Dr When it comes to physical feats / hurdles, she can take that head on when she feels like it. Emotional hurdles that are incredibly personal are generally kept under lock and key. There's a reason why people don't really know a lot about her outside of her eccentric personality + whatever lies she tells ( exaggerated or not ).
