I recently made another coloured pencil and poster painting of mine tonight after six original characters. This is PC Malcolm Williams from Fireman Sam, he is a police officer with the rank of Constable for the Pontypandy Police Force and is also Mandy's uncle, Mike's brother-in-law and Helen's little brother. I painted him an emerald background, which is his birthday colour.
