{Feeling a bit slower so my art's not feeling too detailed today}
{I imagine one day someone suggests gardening to Mal as something to do instead of following Siffrin and they immediately latch onto the living aspect of the plants and treats them like friends}

Deltarune, Hollow Knight, In Stars and Time… seeing a slight trend. By which I mean we seem to have similar interests. Mod, recommend a game! Right now! (Please)
{oh my}
{hmm, there's a lot of games I enjoy}
{I'm not good enough at recommending to recommend things similar to those}
{or to properly recommend things-}
{WARNING, AHEAD IS A HUGE LONG INFODUMP I GOT VERY CARRIED AWAY-}
{in terms of games I've played and enjoyed}
{I'd recommend World of Final fantasy, always enjoyed that game's story, and also it's gameplay to an extent, although I must admit I had some outside help when I played it}
{Another one I've enjoyed is Puyo Puyo Tetris. Got into it thanks to my sillies Schezo and Klug, managed to actually beat the game with much difficulty}
{I'm not the best at Puyo Puyo- but it's a fun puzzle! WITH REALLY ENTERTAINING CHARACTERS}
{of course I recommend Undertale, blinding changed my life}
{for better or worse, mostly better, wouldn't be here otherwise :3}
{though if you're into Deltarune you'd probably already have seen or played Undertale}
{Another absolute favorite of mine is Inscryption}
{Got me more into card games and also got me to try new stuff in my art (thank you weird Christmas tree for your pretty colours)}
{also made me gay for a stoat/hj}
{It also made me check out the entire Mullinverse, and in general get into args}
{hilariously I had stumbled into it in my younger years without realizing it bc of pony island}
{another fun one (mind you, hard one) is Just Shapes and Beats}
{another one that awakened something within me, looking at you Blixer}
{great soundtrack and extremely fun but tough time, there's even a Spider Dance remix AND SHOVEL KNIGHT REMIXES!!}
{next on the list (rq sorry for how long this is, I have a LOT of favs) is No Straight Roads}
{really blinding hard to play on a switch I'll tell you that much, would recommend playing it on literally any other system, did manage to S rank a boss once, like I said, really hard}
{the story is great, I memorized one of the monologues, and 1010 absolutely helped me with my art and writing, also object heads, who in my opinion, are VERY GAY, they also helped my writing. Also the main characters are my favorite idiots. Everytime I see them anywhere I go "I love my idiots"}
{also this game is so colourful and musical AND IT'S GETTING A SEQUEL}
{2025 the year of sequels}
{another great one, Ace attorney, haven't finished the second game or well finished the first actual case BUT I'M WORKING ON IT kinda, I keep playing Tetris- even today I played Tetris instead of learning Godot-}
{I actually don't have much to say on this one, but I really love it's story}
{now}
{PORTAL 2.}
{Seriously I love that game so much I finished it in 2-3 days}
{with a walkthrough bc I'm a bit dumb BUT IT WAS STILL A BLAST}
{it should be known I absolutely love robot characters so that influenced my love of this game and my motivation to keep going}
{in case anyone is wondering my favorite of the cores outside of the British one is Space, named my phone after them and they also inspired me a bunch}
{also would recommend the meet the cores series by Harry101UK not a game but like it's so funny and entertaining I love rewatching it}
{also I love this game sm I actually went out of my way to go back and get a handful of achievements}
{ok next, I teeeeeeeechbically haven't finished this one personally (but I've seen the whole game so it's fine) but, Bug Fables}
{Hilariously got into it at a somewhat similar time as Hollow Knight not too close but close enough that it's funny}
{it's another that helped me creatively and has a great soundtrack, if it's not clear I really love soundtracks-}
{Leif also influenced a lot of who I am in a way}
{this game holds such a place in my heart}
{ok this next game is half a recommendation, bc the story is great but it's a gacha mobile game so it's not for everyone}
{Twisted wonderland}
{literally #1 in the games that influenced me greatly}
{In terms of art style, writing, personality}
{also humor and friendships}
{another if I didn't get into this I would NOT be here}
{along with the main story I would recommend the card stories, my favorites tend to be ones of my favorite characters, namely Idia, Azul, Floyd(I have been so influenced by him-), Jade, Ortho, and Riddle}
{Also while you're at it definitely check out the events, my favorites are the Halloween ones, the recent tangled one, the Stargazer one, and Beans day}
{now here's some great games I love that I HAVEN'T personally played}
{Shovel Knight! Love this game dearly especially for the characters and music}
{A hat in time! As evident from 2 posts here and a handful over on my main this game and especially Snatcher and The Prince have been occupying my mind}
{Great characters, terrifying end game, amazing music that I like to write to and a great Man on the internet musical bytes!}
{Also amazing mods, my favorite being the 3 am visual novel like series}
{also this game has also influenced my humor in funny ways}
{I literally cannot say Murder correctly out loud, it's like how I refuse to say my brother's middle name without sounding like Afton burning (MICHAEL!!!)}
{this also is the game that taught me how to roll my R's, french lessons too but still}
{Super Paper Mario!!}
{Jester, nuff said(joke)}
{Love this game and it's story, and designs, made me play around with the ibispaint line tool for funsies}
{also has a great man on the internet musical bytes}
{also has a character that influenced me (cough cough Dimentio cough cough)}
{the amount of times I've said things like And so I [blank] like a [blankity blank]}
{ok I'm putting this here because I love the game HOWEVER I haven't gotten the chance to finish it yet}
{Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley}
{I love this game, and Snufkin, ok Snufkin boosts this game's top score even higher, especially bc sometimes it feels like Crime simulator the game}
{also I absolutely love the musical aspect of the game and how I can just hold the harmonica button}
{also in general the game is beautifully done}
{also while you're at it check out the shows, my personal favorite is the 2019 Moominvalley also the books!}
{next would be my beloved Oneshot}
{Like, oms, this game, somehow this game has survived my memory shredder, I have such fond memories of watching it and also of crying}
{I love this game so so much}
{also this game too, has a designated favorite robot, Prototype}
{many games have a designated favorite robot, however I'm too lazy to go back, I seriously love robot/tech characters}
{Next next! Wandersong!}
{a delightful lil music game, that's both silly, and made me cry}
{and guess what! THAT'S RIGHT! ANOTHER GREAT SOUNDTRACK!!}
{as expected from a music centered game, but still-}
{Now.}
{there's one last game here I'd recommend to watch, bc it's the last one I can think of at the moment}
{However it's so hard for me to recommend}
{specifically because 1. It's a fangame}
{2. It's the biggest shitpost/satire of a game}
{3. It's absolutely not for everyone}
{between the dirty jokes and somewhat outdated jokes}
{very hard to recommend}
{but the Good and bad ends are just so good}
{and characters so silly}
{that I might just recommend it}
{but serious warning not for everyone}
{and definitely not for a younger audience}
{the names Dayshift at Freddy's and it's such a mushroom trip of a game one could wonder if it's even real}
{between the gayest friendship between the main character and Dave}
{and the sometimes really blinding weird phone guys}
{also Vegas?!?}
{I've been obsessed these last few days}
{but again not for the faint of heart}
{especially the third instalment as it's a bit more emotionally painful and also somewhat gruesome in the bad ending and in the tapes you find(fuck you Henry Miller)}
{as far as I remember these are the top games I'd recommend, not all are exactly I'd recommend to play yourself as I haven't played all of them, but I do recommend nonetheless}
{my apologies that it's not the most cohesive or review like}
