It tasted pretty good and its super healthly! Oatmeal: ·oats (any type you like) ·dates (about 4-5 for 1 cup) ·any toppings you like Directions: Cook your desired amount of oats and water/milk (1:2 ratio). Pour boiling hot water on top of the dates (so that they are all covered) and let sit for a few minutes while you prepare your other toppings. Pour the water out, leaving about 2 tsps to help mash. Mash the dates. Once the oatmeal is almost done (but not all the way) add the dates, mix, and let the oats finish cooking. Once the oatmeal is done, add your toppings and your done!
