You can find it in the middle part of The Observer Magazine. This chocolate bar was one of our very first bars and has been going strong since the beginning. It has natural floral, honey and dried fruit notes and ends in red grapefruit. It’s a 2-ingredient chocolate (no added cacao butter) and we pushed this percentage as low as it could go whilst still being able to temper it by hand. Hand tempering this chocolate is always a of a challenge because this chocolate is so viscous/ thick, but very well worth it, proving it by the many awards it won and the many positive testimonials it received, always a favourite.
