I don't usually workout on Sundays but I guess I didn't want to wait till tomorrow to start working XD So I kick off the week with a nice leg workout, fun fact, legs are the first muscle group that I train at the start off the week. A lot of people would say that the reason why they don't workout is because they don't have a lot of time to do it... I work until night, sometimes I get out a little early, others I get out very late and I have to wake up early in the morning to go to work, but either way I still go to the gym because is the only place where I focus on myself and let all of my problems out the door.
