The process of making your custom size box is to select your required style, input the internal dimensions of the box and the quantity required, then press go. The machine operator can either do this via a touch screen attached to the machine or remotely from a PC or WMS.
Impressively, the BCS Boxer also has an option to decipher what the correct size box will be for your item. To create the box itself, corrugated board sheets are fed automatically or manually into the Boxer and will output the box to be assembled.
