How do you make time and space for yourself? For me it’s a combo of multiple modalities - movement, meditation, gratitude journaling. Sometimes it’s 5 minutes. Sometimes it’s an hour or more. I’m in no way perfect at it and it’s definitely a practice! The important thing is just just giving it a go. 🧘🏻♀️✨ It’s Day 6 of the #MakeSpaceForYourself Challenge!! And it’s not too late to join us! This week really couldn't come at a better time, right on schedule to welcome a little self-care as we enter the holiday busyness with a mindful appreciation of each moment. About today's class: This simple meditation 🧘🏻♀️ practice uses visualization to create space and joy. The beauty of visualization is that we have the power to use it on and off the mat, anytime, anywhere. When we tend to live in a space of worry or anxiety, visualization is a powerful tool to create space and support. 💫 To sign up for the free #HoldSpaceForYourself Challenge, register via the link in my bio → and follow the rules below! ➢Sign up for your free #YMO trial or login to your account (we’ve extended all free trials through December 19th) ➢Starting 12/13 take 1 class each day from our Weekly Wellness Playlist: “Hold Space for Yourself”.
