What to do when you had a bad day
Talk about it, to someone with the most experience.
Listen to music, that either emphasis your mood or listen to a song that express the exact opposite of your mood.Â
Go to the gym and workout â or just take it out on the punching bag.Â
Smile at random strangers.
Put on your highest heels â or take them off xD.
Help other people â or animals.
Go to the park â read, eat something, etc..
Get out! Do things spontaneously  â do things by gut.
Take a last minute class and learn something new.
Say/Think everything you have to be thankful for.
Be with people you love â friends, family, boyfriend/husband, etc..
Walk around your town/city â unless its dangerous.Â
Smoke - unless you're already addicted then don't do it!
Watch your favorite cartoon (when you were a kid).
Clean your room/house/apartment, etc..
Take a hot bubble bath with candles and some champagne.
DO ANY OF THSES BUT DON'T CUT YOURSELF OR COMMITTEE SUICIDE!
THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS TO DO TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER WITHOUT CAUSE SELF INFLICTED PHYSICAL PAIN! SOMEONE OUT THERE CARES FOR YOU!
