Cool shot from @norbertskitchen of a little nakiri we made a while back for an @impossible_foods contest, held by @chefsroll. Impossible Foods is working to make a product that is indistinguishable from real meat both in taste and texture. (No joke on that! Their product actually 'bleeds' like a real burger which is both comforting and unsettling for us.) @norbertskitchen was the winner of the contest and made a killer Asian Wellington recipe using this product that looks absolutely delicious! In other news, sorry for the lack of posts as of late. To say we have been in a slump feels like a bit of an understatement.
