One of my favorite things I used to do was go to the gym constantly to keep feeling like I’m invincible. Keep thinking like I’m better than me yesterday. This morning was day 2 of going to the gym and working on me. If I want to make 2017 my bitch I have to look intimidating enough for it to submit to me. I have to look as strong as I am mentally. Every morning I’ll be waking up and doing 25 push ups and 25 sit ups before hitting the gym. Then I’ll come home shower and then medicate and meditate.
