Yes - I do take my half birthday seriously. I typically like to make up any reason to take a minute to reflect on the past to make my future better. Especially since its the end of the 2nd decade of my life. HOLY CRAP! I always like that it comes around the New Year as well. Double reason to make some new goals to crush! I never liked making resolutions anyway because I was NEVER successful with them. I found this image from an amazing leader and hit me straight in the head this morning.
