badminton player! lohen vs badminton player! Childe would be the fight of the century. I think Childe is like my brother when he plays, because varsity! Childe would have been the kind who liked doing smashes even when its not alwaus the rigjt answer. It would cost too much energy to do it frequently in a match after all, so he learned to forgo his tendencies to smash for something more calculated

I think Childe sees himself in Lohen because lohen is exactly that. He'd play with his opponents, trickshot galore, and then he'd do his smashes so strong it genuinely feels like gunshots

Both of them fighting would be a game of outplaying each other. Lohen would play, Childe would be nonchalantly parrying but just because he's nonchalant doesnt mean he's bad. It just kinda means he's got it all under control! BUT WE ALSO HAVE TO TALK ABOUT AGILITY AND MENTAL STRENGTH. Both of them have very nice reaction times, and its a battle of who falls first in the first set

Second set is definitely more brutal and exhausting! Lohen would do smashes, Childe would deflect themc and im gonna be fr, Lohen would be the person to not expect his opponent to parry his very scary smashes so thats how Childe gets points. Both of them are still learning to go for more calculative strikes, but Childe would prolly win because i think he'd go for more precise shots!

ALSO if u think about it, skirk as his coach would be terrifying but also good cuz if u think of her story quest, she's relentless but also very good at instructing traveller to open his techniques more. So she definitely knocked some sense to him when he became a more serious badminton player

What this name is supposed to be isn't really clear, BUT it's possible that she's based on Scáthach, a Scottish warrior woman from Irish folklore who trained heroes. Scáthach is also called "the Shadow." This aligns with Skirk training Childe.

I've also seen people say it may be a reference to Crixus, a Gallic warrior. The Gallic Empire had territory in Brittania, where Celtic nations are.

It could also be derived from skurk, which means villain in multiple Scandinavian languages. However, so far, Skirk hasn't been evil, so I don't see how this correlates.
