The rifle found in Sherrinford in TFP looks to be the same rifle in the flashback sequence of TAB when John Watson was shot. John knows exactly what type of rifle it is. John handles that weapon likes he knows it like the back of his hand. How?
Why wasn’t 221B more damaged? Mycroft gave us the details of what that grenade would do. Was he wrong? He said he had been involved with their purchase and you know he knows his stuff, he’s a Holmes isn’t he? So what happened? The floors were intact as were the walls. Why all the concern over Mrs. Hutson’s and Speedy’s? Things were messed up sure, but things were singed not burnt. A little paint, wallpaper, and new windows and the Baker Street Boys were back act in action.
Why haven’t we heard from anyone on the “finale”? Why haven’t we hear from the creators or talent yet? Gatiss? Moffat? Vertue? Freeman or Cumberbatch? They all are getting sixteen types of hell every other minute on social media but we get nothing but static back. Gatiss will block your ass the minute he feels you are out of line and that man has got people freaking the fuck out on him with mega muti-posts and nothing. Not.A.Word. No morning show appearances, no interviews that were done post public viewing, nada. And the media isn’t saying much either. Sure you got the usual critics spewing words like they are copper coins but BIG media isn’t clamoring for sounds bytes?!?!?? For some one-off from any of them?? WTF? I work in media communications and promotions, been in it for 20+ years and that is a big indicator that something is up and they are all in cahoots.
Oh I’ve heard all that “They’re embarrassed because it was so bad...” garbage and I’ll shut that down now. They have all addressed criticism in the past. Defending their art, their creation. Recently Gatiss’ poem to the critic on how Sherlock has not become too Bond-like as an example. But now, now of all times we get radio silence.That is the most suspicious of all.
