I'm not that surprised tbh. Everytime she's criticized, that's the "they have something against me" excuse that shows up. I mean like, girl, not everybody is out to get you. Wake up.Â
She used to be one of my favorite bloggers. So her campaign (especially her reaction to the criticisms) was very disappointing tbh. I did not have a harsh reaction against it out of nowhere. And I tried explaining it to her. Had she only properly behaved with Zeinab and Iman at first, I'd have never had that reaction in the first place. Her loss. At least, that opened my eyes a great deal bcz that's when I've also noticed that she had an Anti-Arab problem, that she shamelessly exploited LGBT issues, and anti-blackness issues in the Arab and South Asian communities. So, in a way, I'm really glad. She really has issues to sort out.Â

@konnichiwahabibisan: definitely it does not mean that he is not Black. But I was just curious as Moor is a very vague term tbh (even if it was used to describe Muslims from Northwestern Africa, it does not give much indication in terms of look considering how diverse we’ve always been and still are).
@majdalshams: i find this debate useless tbh because Moors were both even though many were Berbers/Imazighen thus Africans but we range from white-passing to Black in terms of skin tone so it is no indicator of skin color. :/ @whathappenedtolindsaylohanstwin: thank you for the info! :) i don’t know how race and ethnicity was viewed at this time of history but it definitely is an indicator that he is at the very least dark-skinned.
