Layang by Main Wayang was a treat put together by my favourite people-artists: Fairuz, Ayam, and Sudar. If you haven't already, please catch their show tonight at KongsiKL which starts 8.30pm! It's a sound-visual-performative meditation on how we journey into ourselves as we inevitably weave through our inner and outer worlds in unwillful solitude. It's a beautiful wreckage of the soul, though, 'beautiful' is a funny word to use to describe this show performed in passion of longing, anguish, loss, and woundedness. Go watch it lah! Best gila.
