Love!
I miss wrestling. In an era where WWE has saturated the market, it has slowly been killing them. Everybody loves NXT and understandably so, it is far better than Raw and Smackdown. There are plenty of things that NXT benefits from and one of them is not having as much air time. NXT airs once a week for an hour and then has a PPV, what? Every 2 to 3 months? This helps in a couple of ways. First of all, it forces them to use more of a long term storytelling angle. It's not quite long term, but more so than Raw or SDL. They have to build things over the course of 2 to 3 months, whereas Raw and SDL are working towards a payoff every month. Feuds on Raw and SDL feel like they are dragged out because they build toward a match at a PPV and that's supposed to be the payoff and then they'll continue it past said PPV. This doesn't have to be an issue per se, but the main roster has this horrible habit of wash, rinse, repeat. After the brand split there were rumors that with the oversaturation of PPV's they were going to alternate months (Raw in January, SDL in February, Raw in March, etc.) and I think it would have helped them tremendously. Again, it would have slowed down the storytelling.
Another benefit to less TV time is more recuperation time for the wrestlers. Let's be real, as much as they all love what they do, having that kind of schedule takes a toll on them mentally and physically I would imagine. This is more of an indictment on the live events rather than the TV shows, but still. People complain about the quality of the matches on the main roster versus NXT and apparently in NXT they rehearse their matches (makes sense since they're development) but it might not be a bad idea for the roster to adopt that. They don't need to do this for every single match and I get it, it is important that they be able to call matches in ring, but maybe if the wrestlers had more time to recuperate and plan for PPV matches we would see an improvement in the quality. Which, again, I know that planning ahead may not solve everything and some of the best matches were thought up the morning of a PPV, but I think there are wrestlers who are naturally good at calling matches and can carry their opponents and then there are times that a match is so poor you wonder if either wrestler knows what they're doing.
I don't know, these are obviously just my opinions and you're welcome to disagree but it got me thinking with all the talk that WWE is trying to be edgier to draw in viewers and as excited as it makes me, it also just seems like a bandaid fix. Dropping an f-bomb or flipping the bird here and there isn't going to fix piss poor storytelling.
WWE: New producers arriving for the Main Roster
#WWE : New producers arriving for the Main Roster
As reported by PwInsider, the WWE or rather Vince McMahon intends to involve more producers within the Main Roster backstage.
This could be interesting, given that the Chairman would have a solid line of producers ready to create matches and storylines properly, and above all ready to respond to requests from various Superstars. We will see how things will be handled over the next few days.

Kairi Sane towards the main roster of WWE? According to several speculations, it is reported today that Kairi Sane, NXT Superstar, could very quickly join the main roster of the WWE and probably after Wrestlemania 35.
What will be Lacey Evans' first rivalry in the main roster?
What will be Lacey Evans’ first rivalry in the main roster?
For several weeks now, Lacey Evans has just scrolled on the ramp before turning around to disappear again. It’s hard to know what the WWE is trying to tell us, but the Stamford company would have big plans in mind for the former NXT wrestler. For the moment, his first real rivalry in the main roster is delayed but it should change very soon.
Indeed, according to Dave Meltzer, Lacey Evans could…

WWE why?
Brock is the champion, again? So glad I stopped watching the main roster. They should stop pulling all the NXT talent because they get lost in the shuffle and all of their work gets disregarded for the most part. Sorry for the mini rant but God damn!
