It seems like the dumbest thing to be worried about, bc a lot of things in my life aren't great, but if you've been here awhile you know this was my safe space, my space to be myself without judgment. even if 13 year old me should've totally been judged, so kinda a big deal to me personally

one thing I learned recently is that, not only did neither of my parents graduate college
but my mom also dropped out of high-school, and didn't figure out what she really wanted to do in life until she was in her 20s and had gone through so so many jobs
and now they own a successful small business together
so yknow, maybe high-schoolers shouldn't be pressured to figure all this out while their still practically children. just a thought.
