Kalanchoe 'Magic Bells'

This is what the plant I referred to in my last reblog looks like. I used to peel the flower petals back and squeeze the bulb to get the nectar to drip into my mouth. No idea what made me do that as a very small child, but I did. Lucky for me it wasn't poisonous!

If I were a piece of furniture - a bookshelf. Preferably one overflowing with books.

If I were a gemstone - Tanzanite

If I were a flower - the flower from a Magic Bells plant.

If I were a kind of weather, sunny, mid 70s Fahrenheit with the occasional sun shower

If I were a color -burgundy

I were an emotion - the kind of laughter where it feels like you can’t catch a breath and you start to get panicky -I’d be that mix

If I were a fruit-mango

If I were a sound- distant thunder

If I were an element,- earth 

If I were a place - Kaimu beach, Hawaii

If I were a taste  - toffee

If I were a scent  - a mix of woods and ocean like Greynolds Park in Miami

If I were an object  -a Rubik’s cube

If I were a body part -long fluttery eyelashes

If I were a song - Piel Canela
