(Toram online) I like to think that spells/skills higher up in your skill tree aren’t things you “can’t” do (unable to do), but rather, things that are dangerous to do. It’s a skill tree, blocked mostly by level. Take Finale, for example. Imagine, if you’re too low to use the skill, then you’ve only seen it be used. You don’t understand the power output. You draw the runes wrong. You are a walking bomb who could actively pull out a spell that has a high probability of sapping all your mana and also killing you and everyone around you.
For this reason, I would like to suggest that level 100 pure mages are the most dangerous creatures in the game. Imagine pulling up to Klaspe Slums “fight” with Finale in your back pocket, and you VERY ACTIVELY SHOWING IT OFF.
