8th Sun of Fifth Astral Moon

Last Weekend in Port 

Sparring went...well? Corsa’ir put a knife to my throat and we were working on getting free. I did manage to not mess up once. Then others took to the mat and Corsa’ir fought with Miss Kat. It was...a hard fight. Both fought with heart, but in the end, Miss Kat had to be carried off the mats. Then while treating her Mafre and Arik began their fight. It started well, Mafrea pressing and Arik attempting to not crush him. But, like all things, it spiraled into shield slams and lightning. Which gave Aster a moment hesitation, considering his recent history. 

In the end, Arik won, though it was a hard win. Everyone got off the mat, the healing was seen to by me and I was just exhausted. We all stayed on the ship. If was nice to have the bunk room filled. Talk about feeling safe...

The next morning I spent finishing supplying the cabinets. I can safely say we will want for nothing while away. I’ve never been to Ishgard, but I cannot trust they will meet our medical needs. 

The afternoon then ended with Miss Kat attempting to spar with Master Breholf and that just ended with them in the sauna while Aster escorted me for a walk to watch some fireworks and sit on the beach and talk. 

The conversation was warming and I am happy he has returned to the crew to find a home once more. Also for help with his troubles. He says that he will be happy to keep me and those behind the front line safe, to make sure a man doesn’t put a gun on my face again.
