aw man, i’m so sorry to hear that, sweetie! often when i’m feeling sad or just generally down, i kind of step away from things and take an hour or two to work on myself. usually that means papering with a bubble bath or a homemade facial. then if i want to take it farther, i’ll put on some cute clothes or makeup or whatever makes me feel nice looking to remind myself that i rock.
music helps too! this (some more!!! this, or this) looks like a good playlist to listen to while cheering yourself up! (if you don’t like that, 8tracks has a ton of other playlists for things like this!)
