There’s not much to say; his hydra abilities are cool along with his torso mouth. He kind of reminds me of Muscular considering everything and seems to be a bit of a replacement. It's uncertain what became of him, though he helped Izuku meet Dark Might. Also he "helped" Anna which again led to Izu meeting Dark Might's group. He reminds me of mutat kevin from ben 10.
