I went with my dad yesterday, and he understood everything. Obviously, for us it feels rushed because we’re used to read what Katniss is thinking and feeling.

It is true, i’ve noticed on re-reads how katniss often goes off on a tangent in her thoughts so something in the books might not happen so quickly but the actual out loud events that happen aren’t that long :’)
