I really do miss the Barbie Look dolls so much. I have three of them. But I really want the sweater dress one but not for $400 that’s ridiculous for just one doll 😪. Why can’t barbie make dolls like this again? They had normal clothes and nice makeup. Not crazy loud clothing and makeup the BMR1959 and the new Barbie Extra dolls have. TRX atomic press. A great multi joint exercise that will certainly awaken your core. This exercise ensures glutes stress engaged, TVA and inner outer obliques working away. If you really want to hit your core and especially your lower abs. Add a TRX plank. To give the core and abs something to think about add some movement. Pushing the body away from the anchor point will increase the stress on the core. Remember to keep a posterior tilt of the pelvis and relax the shoulders out and down towards the hips. Engage the core and glutes and remember to breath.
