These days brought some news about coffee. Few weeks ago, two exceptional baristas opened their own coffee shop, called MAD DROP. Martina and Jakub are people with coffee in their veins and they are skilled as hell also in alternative brewing methods. So we started a cooperation. About two weeks ago we discussed about signature espresso blend. You know, single origin is nice, but only Brazil is little bit boring and some African, maybe Kenya, will be a big fruity kick on the other side. So we started thinking about espresso blend, which could also turn in a nice signature blend for MAD DROP. And here we are. MAD BLEND was born !  A blend composed of 70% Fazenda Sertaozinho Brazil and 30% Burundi Yandaro , so it has nice rounded body, with tones of molasses, and Burundi gives it juicy nature and sweet finish.Hope that you are enjoying it, and please feel free to give us a feedback by using hashtags listed below.
