a small sigh pushed through the tiny brunette’s pink and plump lips as she walked off of the plane into the frigid air of the east coast. madalene didn’t know how she felt about the whole situation yet -- her studying in the united states and with an american family seemed... weird to her. but her papa said it would bring her the best opportunities. and she always listened to her papa. ‘papa...’ the girl muttered as she looked down at her cell phone. her manicured, pink nails typed away on her screen to let her father know she landed. her brown hues looked up as she walked through the airport and towards the bag claim. as she got there, madalene looked up when she heard her name in a very american accent and she pushed a smile onto her lips as she saw two boys and a mother figure. “hello..” she said softly, holding her purse in front of her.
