(for the italian restaurant ask) D.O.C. is a nice, basic Italian restaurant a little out of the city. Fatto, 400 Gradi and Neil Perry's Rosetta in Southbank + Crown are also quite nice.

guys, i think i have a milo addiction. I drink it almost everyday with around 5-7 tsp. I am not fat and i exercise and still eat fairly healthy so does it really matter i drink this much milo. It just taste so amazing....:)
Hi There!
OMG! I'm a milo fan too!! My parents are always telling me off for it. Milo is amazing and tastes great but if it is bothering you that you drink it everyday with that amount of milo in it then maybe aim to reduce it little by little. So go from 7 tsps to 6 to 5 and so on. Another idea could be to challenge yourself for it. So make yourself achieve a small task or goal and have that cup of milo as a reward.
Hope that helps:)

Do you know any cute/aesthetic cafes in the city?
Hey!
There is definitely a big sort of “cafe culture” in Melbourne, and there are lots of great cafes that are really rising in popularity. Some of them are Hardware Societe, White Mojo, Industry Bean, No.19 :) And if you want something that’s a bit closer and familiar, perhaps try Kettle Black or The Crux and Co. which is right near our school. :)

Hey FAM. My body is so annoying, I eat hardly anything, am healthy and exercise, but still look fat. Honestly Im happy w how I look, bcuz I know it'll go away when I exercise, but my friends and parents call my fat and it hurts. im not even close to being overweight, but I literally eat one thing (eg. Orange) and my stomach is instantly fat. All my fat sits in rlly stupid places. It's srsly annoying watching all these Asians with fast metabolisms (don't mean to be racist) eat so much unhealthy f
Hi there!
Sorry for the late reply!
First of all you mentioned, you eat hardly anything? Just want you to remember that this is not always the best way to keep healthy. You need to eat. Just not a lot of junk food. You need the energy to sustain you through the day, so please don’t stop yourself from eating. Regular exercise is good. It sounds to me, as though you’re keeping a healthy lifestyle. You need to keep in mind though that beauty is undefined and comes in many sizes, shapes and forms.
If your friends and families are saying things that are hurting you, I suggest being honest with them and tell them that whatever they are saying has a serious, negative impact on you and asking them to stop. I’m sure that those that love you will understand and take consideration of your feelings.

Any quick, easy, healthy food ideas for recess and lunches? xx
Hey there!
Something healthy you can pack for your recess may be something like a piece of fruit and some nuts or maybe some crackers/celery/carrots with dip (or peanut butter if you like).
For lunch, you might find wraps or sandwiches to be filling and healthy, perhaps put in some lettuce/cucumber/tomato and something like chicken (if you’re not vegetarian/vegan, or if you are some protein source like legumes ie. lentils, chickpeas (you can get them tinned from the supermarket so they are ready to put in your wraps straight away or pre-cooked and marinated tofu) but there are plenty of other things you can put in a sandwich to make it a bit healthier. Even changing the type of bread you eat from white to whole-grain or not spreading butter on it can help in terms of being mindful of what you eat.
If you find that you don’t have enough time in the morning to prepare for your meals throughout the day, you might want to prep everything the night before and store it in the fridge (if necessary) so that all you need to do in the morning is grab it and put it in your bag and there’s no need to rush or worry about food for the day because it’s already sorted!
Hope this helps!Love,

hi fam. i hate coriander but I wanna change myself!!!! what should i do to make myself at least not dislike it? pakuchii ;-;
Hi there!
It’s no doubt that there are many others who share your perspective on coriander but it’s so nice to hear that you want to change! At the moment it seems you might be avoiding it like the plague so in order to change your attitude towards coriander, the best way to go about it would be to slowly and gradually expose yourself to it and, in a sense, desensitise your tastebuds. You can do this by garnishing some of your meals with a little bit of coriander and as time passes you can increase the amount that you put into your food. Of course you should only do this if it’s appropriate to the dish. Don’t go adding coriander to fries or something like that!
Perhaps your dislike of coriander stems from something else as well: if you can think of another food that you don’t like, are able to link together some similarities you could find the core of your dislike for coriander? It may or may not help you to do so (could lead to a better solution like exposing yourself to all foods with that particular feature that you dislike). Â
Another thing to add is that, no matter how much you want to change, sometimes your subconscious preference is stronger than your will to change, meaning that despite wanting to like coriander (or at least have less intense feelings of hatred towards it) sometimes it’s just not something your body is okay with and that’s totally okay too.
Good luck!
