💚 Shower every day of the week

🌱 Be more caring towards myself and other people

💐 Find alt coping mechanisms

🔅 Figure out how to top??

🐸 Practice guitar and violin more / find a new piano cable

🍀 Find a way to get medication refill / start taking it

🌼 Drink less caffeine

Motivation:

~ Sleep better = better grades

~ Music!

~ Eat healthier = happier with body

~ If you stop smoking it’ll be easier to exercise and you won’t cough so much

~ Playing music makes you happy / you like playing for your friends

~ Medication could help

~ Exercise releases dopamine / you’ll feel better about your body / more muscle
