Any thoughts on Ariana Grande's BBQ tattoo meant to say 7 Rings & her general response to it? Idk what it is but it feels like she gets called out far less than other singers who've worn other cultures as gimmicks & such.
So this is kind of linked to my opinion on the 7 Rings mv, which is...the Japanese was completely unnecessary? It had nothing to do with the mv, the song, the mv took place in America (I presume), had no Japanese people, and it was just...obviously there for the aesthetic. Like it showed up once in the title card and than never again. It had no meaning and there was absolutely no reason for it to be there.Â
As for the tattoo I find it kind of funny, like it was karma for using Japanese characters in her mv for no reason. What do you guys think?
