Sunday at his mom’s with the kids and the whole pack. They arrive around 11 because they slept late, and help Nad cook and lay the table. Lunch is long and filled with laughter, he plays a bit of piano after cheese and they eat dessert at 3pm. Then everyone takes a nap, whether an adult one or actual sleep, and after they all go for a walk because it’s a very sunny day. Then they spend a bit more time here before going home, the kids fall asleep easily after a light dinner because they’re tired, and he can go cuddle with Louise in bed. In a perfect world, Lovrenko is still here, but you can’t ask for too much.

He doesn’t live alone, and both his mom and brother have a key to his house, so it doesn’t really worry him. Maybe Louise came back to fetch something, maybe one of the kids is home early from school…. The possibilities are numerous. So he’ll get in, call out to see if anyone’s home, and if it’s not the case he will probably text Louise to know if they came home while checking that nothing is missing. It’s usually no bug deal.

I don’t remember ever smelling a perfume and going like “yep that’s it that’s Lyuben”,  but he probably stole Pepper’s at some point when he was a teen for comfort (it’s “spice bomb” by Viktor Rolf). As an adult he probably ended up with a more discreet one, prob a quite fresh scent.

That’s an easy one: his father’s death, of course. It was very hard for him to handle, because he was very close to his father and had basically built his whole universe around him. It too more than a year for him to touch a piano again, for instance. he was lucky to have good people around him to support him, though it didn’t prevent his being awful to his mom during the first few weeks. Tsveta’s birth helped a lot in the coping process: it didn’t ease the pain, but it forced him to move on, to take on his responibilities as a big brother and therefore to stop being a brat.
