I uploaded it to RW Designer so you all can download from there.

Heads Up: I recommend having it has 32px or 48px when using (Windows 7 has it automatically like this)

I know it's pretty random but I quite like the idea of a kitja cursor so I'm going to be tweaking it and such, after I'm done I'll upload it here from my @agarwinn account and reblog it here :) if i give up I'll just give over the files to the public and people can figure it out. I don't think it will take much time though.

If I do it successfully I'll try to do other perps as well :)))
