Between May 28th - 30th we ventured down to England, here is some photographic evidence of such. I hope the narrative that comes along serves as a good insight of what we get up to. Just so you know, here you won't find punks hanging out with other punks or any experiences of community activity, as we don't really have pals and don't really meet many folks who do stuff for other people. 

Our first snack stop (one of many): Anxiety loves pleasure and in order to keep up with it we require plenty of nice breaks because we were not born to be told not to. Here you can see a truly impressive stack of Pringles tubes at an Asda outside Glasgow. Our mother land treats us well.

Our Calvin and Kay chilling the fuck out after our brilliant set at Bent Fest, which took place at the DIY Space for London. After some unforeseen socialising, this was a well earned rest before the rest of the band got a grip and got int’ car. 

Bent Fest was dreamy. Everyone was incredibly nice and we played a set that left the hipsters happy and feeling good that in fact it wasn't 1985 and that to be a millennial it’s well ok. We also met many many folk who we wish we could hang out with daily. Downtown Boys headlined Bent Fest that night and they told it like it was. 

Morning Fresh: Anxiety love to leisure and we didn't let our chances go. Waking up after some pretty good sleep, I can asure you we all had “WHAT THE FUCK AMA GONNA EAT” in our minds. 

We stayed with our new friend Paco, who treated us like royalty. Here you can see him holding the holiest of holies. Did you guys’ dad get you into Bowie when you were little? I guess that’s beside the point now.

Our favourite Halliday doing some business. He knows his shit to a T so don't fuck with him. Mainly because he won’t give two shits. What is the point in that!?

After London we drove to Manchester where we were hosted and welcomed by Irma Vep (not the film). The hang out was Fuel, which was lovely, sounded great and also provided nice food. We are really grateful! On a personal note, I encountered my low point on this date, I guess because of fuckboys who love rock gigs. Fuck a fuckboy today! 

June 30th meant GLASGOW! We had a sweet wee party at our home The Old Hairdressers. That night we welcomed Downtown Boys and Sacred Paws who literally ripped. We also loved it as Glasgow pals are the best and so nice. Hispters in Glasgow have a much more supporting attitude than other places I’ve encountered. Rest of the world: Watch ‘n’ learn!

Here you can see Michael and I trying to bond and I think we did good. You cannae beat a smiling toilet selfie to encourage us on stage. 

I only caught one shot of DTB. This is during their soundcheck. It’s not just the Nokia phone, it’s truly the excitement!

The night followed onto some sassy karaoke at the hands of my dear friend Ruby Waters. I don't know her well but I feel a good bond.
