#Repost from @amandaluxe with @regram.app ... The official copies just arrived to my mother's home and I'm extremely vulnerable at the moment. The year of 2017 has been extremely rough for me. Whether it was applying for a job in Styling or Fashion Buying or submitting an editorial story, I was denied over and over again. I felt my worth invaluable and thought my sacrifices were a waste of time. Then a little piece of hope in me floated to the surface and encouraged me to do some wild, crazy shit - start a magazine. I thought I had no experience in graphic design, my journalism expertise was slim to none and my budget was too tight to make meaningful content. I prayed, I cried, I maintain faith in my God and at the end of 2017, I didn't need a yes from a fashion magazine. I didn't need a yes from a styling team. I made my own shit. Everything you want lives on the other side of fear. And right now, I feel like a lioness. 🦁 #luxyhaus
