 “I will protect you with my life.”

Luwei Weiwei dove from the monster attack her blades at the ready.  She had been walking towards meeting up with guys when said monster jumped out of nowhere.  It was a high level one, that had been meant to be killed by a team, not just one person.  He had already gotten some of her health points.  Dodging and running away wasn’t an option in the moment.  He took another swing only to be blocked by another body.  Lu Weiwei looked in shock Yixiao Naihe appeared losing health points for an attack meant on her.  Turning around quickly he healed here at the same time he played his guzheng, sending damage attacks towards the monster.  

“I was wondering why it was taking so long.”  Yixiao Naihe sent in a private chat.  

“It came out of nowhere.  I normally would have joined but if you run away from this monster you lose points.” Luwei Weiwei explained.  

“Tricky.  Don’t worry my wife, I will protect you with my life.”  Weiwei took her hands off the keyboard, her hands coming to feel the blush forming on her cheeks.  It was lines like that that made her heart speed up over a man she has no idea what he looks like.  She swore he did this on purpose to her.  

“Lu Weiwei?”  He sent once he realized she had stopped moving in the game.  She quickly dove back on, battling the monster with her in-game husband, her curiosity over who he was outside of the game becoming more and more vibrant.
