Continuing my #lunchfu chronicles, today was a salad with 2 types of Jake leaves, frisée & arugula. These were topped with the last of my root slaw, pickled onions, avocado, tomato and #sousvide chicken and onsen egg. The dressing is a mix of tamari, pickle juice, avocado & EVOO.
