🍫: What do you both think is your greatest strength as a couple?

Man I know my answers for this question always come out so similar, but it really is the trust! One of El’s persistent issues is her difficulty opening up to and trusting others, so her trust in Mira is a powerful thing. And Mira trusts her likewise, despite being hurt before! Together they can take on anything, an entire war of a continental scale included.

🍒: Do you think your personalities complement each other?

I’d think so, in the “much more alike than different” sense! They’re similar in a lot of ways, and I think the places they diverge is what each other needs - like how El probably needs Mira’s caring and nurturing nature.

🍎: Do you have any quirks that you didn’t notice until your f/o pointed it out or vice versa?

ah! well.

Inigo picked up the game my fictional self was in as a young child- 12, maybe? Although people were like ‘why’, he certainly enjoyed his time with it, and it even helped him come out of his shell a little bit in high school!

Originally it was because S.uwabe voiced him & him liking cats but now as I’m about to graduate college he’s an entire mood

16. When/ How did you end up sharing a bed with your F/O for the first time? What was it like?

ngl harrow nd aerith shared a bed a lot when they were kids havin sleepovers but i know thats not what this is asking abt so

probs sometime on the road out from midgar. th gang’s got a big party so any hotel they hit up is probably gnna be a bit short on space. aerith’s like oh ok we’re gnna have to share beds then! nd cloud is like hm. ok. i will sleep on th floor. so only harrow and tifa get th benefit of Nap With Aerith nd its honestly a v casual affair bc everyone is so fucking tired all th time. harrow is a Little gay but oh well what can u do. 

17. How early/ late do you and your F/O wake up? Who’s usually the first to wake up?

aerith strikes me as a bit of an early riser cuz she’s got Shit to do. harrow wakes up early on instinct bc that’s what was required when they were in SOLDIER but theyre slowly getting th hang of this mysterious practice known as “sleeping in.” neither of them are opposed to th concept of Extended Morning Naptime.

1. Does your insert have a name that’s different from yours? Does the name reflect their character in any way, or is it just because it sounds nice? How did you come up with it?

i love giving my inserts different names, so i’m thinking about naming them amalthea....for several reasons. the first and most obvious of which is the last unicorn. but in turn, lady amalthea was named after a greek figure who is sort of a goddess but also not really and by THAT extension, also named after the constellation and one of jupiter’s moons.

tbh it’s really just a nice name, because i love the last unicorn, and i need something that also reflects the stupid....mythological and cosmic / natural naming conventions that kingdom hearts has.

their name also will have significance alongside the mythological amalthea and lady amalthea from the story, so you’ll just have to wait and see what i mean as i develop them. :3c

if you call them by their full name they’re bound to get mad so just call them amal. or thea. i haven’t decided which sounds better.

6. Do they fight? What’s their weapon of choice? Do they stay on the sidelines? What would it take for them to get off the sidelines? Revenge? Saving a loved one? What’s the motivation for them to fight, or to stay OUT of a fight?

they do fight!! because of certain....events in the past, they’re pretty protective of a lot of people, particularly the sea salt trio. you know the post that’s like “remember that you can’t save everybody / remember that you have to try”?? that’s them. any opportunity they have to help in a fight they’ll take it, even at a high cost.

they're adept with magic and a weapon they were gifted....but they also had a keyblade that they used to use and still have some enchanted armor from their past. long story kind of short, they lost their connection to the light and they’re trying to find it again. 👀

7. What kind of clothing style do they like? What would they never be caught dead wearing? What’s likely in their closet right now?

so, i don’t really know how to describe their clothing style, because it’s kind of like....ouji lolita meets almost 70s inspired chic. where, say, gabriel only wears dark colors and mostly black, amal is colorful and balances darkness with bright pops of other colors and golds. >:3c

lots of shorts and thigh-highs and tights, the fancier sides of things, flashy accessories!! ruffles!! berets to match outfits!! it’s really kind of out of place and no one knows where they’re from or who they are, all they know is that they’ll normally be the best dressed no matter where they go.
