Chief Justice Macdonald stated that the court was of opinion that there had been a conversion of Koblbauer s motor car. which, according to the evidence, was of the value of $158, and judgment was awarded plaintiff for that amount. Koblbauer claimed $750 for the car and $250 damages for its detention.
