It's weird though, seeing them talk about how integrated the toy designs were with the anime but then you did the proplica premium bandai preorder thing where you have to wait until October to actually get them
I should talk to gundam and toku fans about how bandai does these things. it's kind of surprising this is how their business model works, because it doesn't sound at all appealing. why do they open orders so early when the design might not even be final? why are they so expensive?
especially for luluttolilly here, since even though it's aimed at 'all audiences', you're basically making it impossible for a kid to get one. because 1. it's expensive, 2. you need to know how to go to an online storefront to do it and 3. by the time it comes out, kids might have already gotten sick of it and moved onto something else
also hey there's a boy too, that's fun
he's probably just there for the usual shojo thing where we'll have a romance subplot, but man you do gotta wonder why the aliens only let the preteen girls use magic for a year and not anyone else. like, surely everyone has motivation to want to use magic?
also also while i'm rambling the merch for this show is not very good. the wands are premium bandai with a release date of october and not even a price yet? who would bet on something like that? why do they have this all ready for precure day 1 but other franchises need months to get their stuff out? these are both bandai
