It is mostly things I like keeping nearby when the day needs a little extra troubleshooting. Water, tea, headphones, my feelings journal, the warm pad, the cooling patches, my cozy blanket, blueberries, and the daily routine things that help me stay a bit more calibrated.
The massage putty is for my paws, because sometimes it helps to have something soft to work with while I’m thinking. The meditation app is nice too. I like when there is a calm voice telling me what to do next, because otherwise I may open seventeen tabs in my brain and forget where the first one went.
Also, I keep a daily comfort candy on standby, because small sweet things can make all the difference.
I know everyone’s care kit would look different. This one is mine.
