Chat's cat ears twitched at the sound of footsteps on the roof behind him. He glanced over his shoulder, seeing Ladybug drop down alongside a female hero he'd never seen before. The horse miraculous hiding her eyes was immediately recognizable, as well as the usual colors indicative of a horse hero, but everything else from the figure to the highlighted hair - just long enough to spill over her shoulders - were entirely foreign to him.

“Bringing a new hero on patrol with us, m’lady?” he asked. “Did something happen?”

“Nothing like that,” Ladybug assured with a dismissive wave of her hand, then gestured to the other hero to explain, “I just thought I’d introduce you to her.”

He raised a brow, puzzled by that logic until something finally clicked. He smirked, wondering if this was Ladybug’s attempt to have him “see other people,” which he could easily use as an opportunity to prove to her that he wouldn’t be swayed by other women no matter how beautiful they were...

...after proper introductions, anyway.

Strutting up to the two with exaggerated swagger, Chat focused briefly on the horse hero and took her hand in his own. She gave a confused, lopsided frown in response, attempting to shake his hand before realizing that it wasn’t what he was doing.

“Well, a new member for the team? Of horse I’m happy to meet you,” he greeted.

He bent down, ready to kiss the back of her hand. However, before his lips could even make contact, the hand was spontaneously snatched away from his grasp.

“Sorry, that’s mine,” came Ladybug’s voice.

“What?”

He looked up just in time to see Ladybug bending over in a motion common to him but unseen on herself, her eyes half-lidded as she stared up at the horse hero.

Prompt: You know how Chloe called Luka cute, if it weren't for his 'taste in style'? Well what if Chloe sees him in a different outfit other than his main and she starts flirting with him, and Luka just continues walking, she follows, till he walks into the bakery and gives Mari a kiss on the cheek?

If one were to describe Chloé’s emotions at that moment in time, it would be somewhere between severely irritated and angry. One could also argue that she was always irritated–but she was extra-super-duper pissed off today. She had just been turned down by Adrien again (who, strangely, had looked just as annoyed as her) and was storming off down the street.

“Stupid Adri-kins, stupid date–why did I even get all dressed up anyways?“ she grumbled. After a few more seconds of swearing under her breath, she bumped into something big and soft.

She nearly had to do a double-take–what luck! She had bumped into what was probably the hottest guy she’d ever seen (other than Adrien, of course), wearing a button-down shirt, a casual black sports jacket, and dress pants. 

Walking up to him, she said “So, you’re all dressed up. I wanna get to know you better. What’s your name?“

He ignored her. Chloé frowned. Boys never ignored her, so she figured the guy must not have heard her.

“Hey, stud.“ she purred. “Wanna go on a date? I’ve already dressed the part.“ She gestured to her daffodil-yellow dress and styled hair. The boy ignored her again and started walking faster. Fine. Chloé could do that, too. He was just playing hard-to-get.

So she started to walk faster, almost jogging to keep up with the boy’s long strides, and asked him once again “So, how about a date?” He ignored her once more, so she decided to just shut up and wallow in self-pity.

She might be able to figure out where the boy lives, anyways.

So imagine her surprise when he walks into the Dupain-Cheng bakery and kisses a very beautiful–no, seriously, when did she get that freakin’ gorgeous, it’s creepy–Marinette?
