You always told me to write a letter.

It's romantic,

more honest than I could be to you.

Both are true

Take your luggage, bury it under

the seats,

Try to clear my clutter, and

make a home in me

Eat my kiss, let my venom set you

free

I'll leave pale little fingerprints,

ghosts,

Engrained in the brain,

like delicate little bullet holes.

Let the light shine through,

I want to get lost in the heat

Bounding through sand and sea,

Delirious with life.

I am what I am.

I dance only when alone,

I take up so much space.

I question it every day.

I leap in my mind from coast to coast

And mile to mile,

I hope to one day actually try.

I want to get lost in laughter, and beers

(I don't like the taste of beer)

I want to let go,

Let my arms rest at my sides, let my mouth

open wide,

I want to let live, bellow with stories and

improv, and truth

I'll gaze at the sun till my eyes burn

If that's what it takes to make my soul

churn

I don't even know what I'm saying anymore
