MY ONE PIECE OC!!! His name is Lucy Foreman. I have a lot more info on him, so if people are interested, I’ll probably write about him!
his uncle is Dale Foreman who makes an appearance in this fic i wrote (briefly) who he outranks. Dale is kinda bitter towards him about this, but is kind of charmed by his potential. He’s not a fan of his lack of work ethic and forgetfulness for marine rules, however.
